“I have been working with metal for over 30 years, offering my craftsmanship to all sorts of luxury sectors. My passion for elegance and style led me to an idea, an intuition. I wanted to design an accessory able to express style, luxury and elegance, enhancing the personality of those who would later wear it. I decided to create bags that combined two different but stylish materials: leather and metal. The biggest challenge was finding the perfect technique for sewing leather to metal. Experience helps: I soon found the most effective and resistant technique and gave life to a line of bags entirely handmade. The Di Castello Bag line was born: me and my staff, we created unique bags, totally customizable and able to fully express the wearer’s style. A product able to express the great Italian craftsmanship and elegance We decided not to have a warehouse: each piece would be unique and accompanied by a certificate.”
